My Background

I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2016. During my time at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, I also completed a Traditional Chinese Medicine Certificate in Acupuncture. My undergraduate degree is in Kinesiology and was completed at Laurentian University where I graduated with Honors in 2012. Through my post-secondary education I worked in a variety of clinical and athletic settings, which included school clinics, community clinics, and as a team trainer for the Laurentian Voyageurs Men’s Varsity Basketball Team.

As a Chiropractor I provide evidence based care along side many traditional and allied medical professionals within my clinic and the community. Treatments are provided with the goal of restoring motion and function to the body though hands on work with the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves while providing rehabilitation and lifestyle education.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time in the gym and outdoors. I am involved in a variety of athletic and social activities, including running and hiking, skiing and snowboarding, golf, snowshoeing, swimming, cross country skiing, and gardening. Furthermore, I enjoy bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and athletic and leisure activity participation, and bringing my knowledge of various sports and activities into the clinic setting to help my patients.
